At Pure Life Wellness LLC, we stand behind the quality and utility of our wellness products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy describes the guidelines and procedures for return submissions, damaged items, and refund processing for orders placed through our Shopify storefront.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery to request a return for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all inserts, parts, accessories, and instruction booklets.
  • You must provide the original order number and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable and Hygiene Items

Due to safety, sanitary, and hygiene regulations surrounding wellness and personal care items, certain products are ineligible for return once opened. These include:

  • Personal care products, body wraps, or products that come into direct contact with bare skin.
  • Opened nutritional supplements, hydration powders, or consumable goods.
  • Clearance items or products marked as final sale during checkout.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@purelifeandwellness.org. Please include your order number and digital photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will coordinate a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. How to Submit a Return Request

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@purelifeandwellness.org with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
  2. Provide your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back to our business correspondence address (Madison Ave, NY), as returns cannot be processed at that location.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items that are lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing and Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method.

Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies can take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund transaction to your account after we issue the credit.

6. Policy and Shopify Alignment

These refund guidelines align with the default configuration of our Shopify checkout pipeline. We do not offer cash refunds for credit card purchases. All customer transaction disputes are handled through standard communication and email verification protocols.
