This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased through Pure Life Wellness LLC's e-commerce store. We are committed to delivering our wellness-oriented products safely and transparently to customers throughout the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage & Territories

Pure Life Wellness LLC currently provides shipping services exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not support international shipping, shipping to U.S. territories, or shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing Timelines

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our third-party fulfillment partner locations. Our standard processing guidelines are as follows:

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays) after your payment is successfully authorized and cleared.
  • We do not offer guaranteed same-day shipping, overnight shipping, or Sunday shipping services.
  • You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has entered processing and another once the shipping label is generated.

3. Estimated Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We partner with commercial carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx, to deliver packages.

Our standard domestic shipping timelines generally range from 3 to 7 business days from the date of carrier pickup. Please note that transit timelines are estimates provided by the carrier networks and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you an automated email notification containing a tracking number and a tracking link. It can take up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update tracking scans on their portal.

5. Shipping Delays & Disclaimers

While we work with our fulfillment partners to ensure prompt handoffs, shipping delays may occur due to high carrier volumes, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other network bottlenecks. Pure Life Wellness LLC is not responsible for transit delays caused by third-party carrier operations once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.

6. Delivery Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and secure. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will be refunded minus the original carrier shipping charges. Reshipping fees may apply if the customer requests a redelivery to an updated address.
